If they can do it so can we.

This looks promising. I can’t wait to see this come to fruition within the halls of USAA BSB. I imagine some douchebag in a suits head exploding.
So, you posted from your iPhone to support unions? Or against unions. I can never tell these days since you libs are incongruous on 99% of things.
Oh heck yeah! That WF branch is on the right path to equitable treatment in the workplace. All I need is to know when the vote is, and I will be there.
To be clear, when I say don’t feed the trolls, I was talking about the trolls who think that a win for the workers is no big deal and refers to dissenters as clowns. I keep seeing these types (maybe it’s the same person multiple times) come in and throw down insults to anyone who thinks things should be better (The audacity!). They say “pull your pants up”, or “don’t like it, leave.”. They think working in office is the best and that people who want to wfh are lazy. I will never understand this work more, make less, no quality of life, bully mentality.
I am an IT worker, and we definitely need unionization. None of the false PIPs, false firings, or harassments to get people to resign could have ever happened with union protection. And, from what I have learned by religiously following this site for valid information (aside from the obvious USAA "plants" trying to knock folks down from telling the truth), even those other areas would benefit from the protection of a union.
My brother was a union member and he was grateful for how they intercede on behalf of a worker to hold a company to fair dealings. He said you cannot stop the wannabes who will lie about coworkers to get ahead, but the unions will turn over all stones to get to the truth of a matter.
For those who think that unions are "too powerful", look at this unethical company. USAA has tried every dirty tactic in the book, and does anyone really believe that this will change willingly? We need representation and muscle.
USAA board and EC are very concerned about unionization and made the EMG complete 2.5 hours of anti-union training. WF is a huge development and will certainly get management’s attention!

It’s a start, everything has to start somewhere, so this is just the initial formation of a snowball. Give it time, others will follow. “If you build it, he (they) will come.”
Lots of trolls on this site. Probably time we stop feeding them.
This is a great start. Movements have small beginnings. Lets hope this catches on, fast.
If their accomplishment is so pitiful and insignificant why are you going out of your way to diminish it? The national news and elected officials call it a landmark but according to Anonymous Bupkis #47 on the internet (you), it's nothing to be proud of. You must be really scornful of worker protections and solidarity. Maybe go work in a Chinese mine or factory for a few years and report back to us if that changes your opinion on anything. Or have your kindergartner work 13 hours a day shucking oysters barefoot, with just enough time between shifts to eat, sleep, and change the bandages on her hands. That was considered completely appropriate and normal before unions.
"Workers at the bank’s Albuquerque branch voted 5 to 3 on Wednesday to unionize under the Communications Workers of America’s Wells Fargo Workers United."
So... A single WF branch had 5 out of 8 employees vote to unionize and this is supposed to be a great inspiration that this is the way? Imagine how many different branches they must have tried this clown show act at before finally succeeding at getting such a landslide victory.
Is this the Babylon Bee?
