I am reading all these posts about RTO. My manager said last week she had to be in the office 3 days. Anyone with Sr or Consultant or above in their title currently go 1 day and hadn't heard that changing. Anyone who is 0 days currently hasn't heard that was changing. Where is everyone getting this info? Also she said it doesn't matter about badging out they can pull a report on your op address how long you are logged in the office

Let’s put @ms+1jtm3r5kf in charge! Now that’s forward thinking.
I am sitting here dreading my 1 day a week obligatory badge swipe. And 3 day is simply depressing.
The 7/14 mandate impacts all managers, directors, and director equivalents (ICs). You can tell if you’re a director equivalent by logging into workday, going to your profile, and looking about midway down the righthand side of the screen to a field called “Management Level.” If you are a Director Equivalent, it will say so here. Also, if you didn’t receive an email about RTO, I think it’s safe to assume you will not be impacted by the 7/14 Hybrid 2 Mandate.
That being said, word on the street is they will be rolling this out to all associates by EOY. Let’s all hope the 7/14 mandate is a disaster and convinces our “fearless leaders” to change course.
I for one think we should remove the mandate and create some sort of financial incentive for employees to work in office- whether that be a wellness credit, a (small) part of AIP, or a separate incentive altogether. Making employees fear for their jobs is counterproductive, and we could easily achieve similar- if not better- results through positive reinforcement in the form of a financial incentive.
In our area, regardless of E14 or E15 or not having direct reports, if you have Director in your title, you must report into your assigned office three days every week starting in mid-July.
What about E14, individual contributors, who are not people managers?
@d0+1jtm3r5kf I’m a Director and I too eat breakfast & lunch at my desk.
Hour lunch break - I am WAH currently and I eat at my desk Breakfast and Lunch - meetings are constantly scheduled at noon - not sure who gets an hour lunch break - oh except the Directors and above
So how many hours constitutes a full work day? 8 hours? 9 hours with a 1 hour lunch break?
The impacted individuals received an email. That's the source of the information.
Snaky comment guy deleted the post. Maybe they stop trolling!
E15/M15 (director in title) must go in 3x week now. Swipe in/out, with IP address tracking.
