If you dismantle the TOM for claims, increase the number of pieces for head and increase the SLA, you can get rid of a lot of people togheter with the service level ... New consultants will be paid to trash the previous model made by other consultants, and the circus will go on until the Company, without anyone left that knows how to actually run the business, will just crumble (I see a lot a "baby faces" around lately, the Company seems a kindergarten, no more seniors).
I'm starting to think that AIG died in 2008 and this is just a loooong agony
