Us together is better. We must return to the office to increase collaboration. Whoever created the new seating assignments didn't make any effort to keep teams together. Collaboration with anyone BUT your own team. What a joke and an embarrassment for leadership. Rather than fixing it, they doubled down! Who's in charge of the CF $hit$how?!

That’s part of making America great again. Go back to the old days when there weren’t unions to protect you, you didn’t get overtime, and bosses could basically beat you into submission.
We voted for this, so buckle up buttercup, we are in for a ride.
@mm typo, meant to say “had” that type of environment (constructive discharge) - getting rid of small amenities, closing the gyms, etc, made it a place where he was hopeful of voluntary separation and rising attrition rates. Coming back to the office 4 days really isn’t that bad. PNC just went back to 5 days in office, same AT&T. Need to accept that we are going back to the old days in a way.
Former CEO SM has “constructive discharge”
RTO is basically RIF 2.0, except a lot cheaper for Crown. They are giving you a couple of months to find something new so you have to forfeit your RSUs and not get a severance.
You might want to look up “constructive discharge” and similar terms, which is basically that the company has made things so horrible you were forced to quit. Make sure you document your complaints and interactions with leaders.
Top 🤡 is in charge
Can’t wait till give my notice next Friday!
