How about the nerve of Felicia Norwood wanting to speak about trust with her insider trading 6.2 million sale of stock. Bye Felicia!

Best way to not be annoyed by Felicia is to never listen to her.
Candid gets you nowhere. Tried having candid conversation about some issues our team was having and the leader took offense (wasn’t even about them) and hasn’t spoken to the team since. Some leaders expect only sugar and no spice.
Being candid only moves you to the top of the rif list. This company doesn’t give a flip and has no plans to do better. Bring candid us a waste of time and puts a target on your back.
I tried being candid in my last 1x1 meeting with my resource manager. What did it get me? The resource manager abruptly ended the 1x1 call after only 10 minutes. Candor, trust, transparency...? What a joke!!! Please..... Spare us all the BS emails going forward! Some of us are VERY busy with work making up for the workers you have riffed and don't have time for it!!!
Felicia looks terrified anytime the camera is on her.
@kcl+1vOp4Oyv Lately she has been losing business for Elevance.
What does she even do? How does she generate a dime of revenue?
@mku...Yes, but they have insider info!!
Correct, their are windows that these clowns can sell. But, they manipulate the data so they make it to the window. That is what they are being sued for.
Ever notice how the dates line up with higher stock evaluations. There’s a reason why shareholders are suing … talk didn’t match walk until after the cash out.
Not insider trading, these people have to pre schedule large sales.
