What a waste that UHG has been buying up so many companies and have run them into the ground. Do the shareholders see that as well?

When a contract ended in one of the markets in Texas, the staff learned about the contract ending by patients receiving letters. The contract ended in December. Staff were not laid off until January. They told providers that they would be moved to house calls but that never happened. When they closed the Dallas market the providers were moved to house calls. With all that said they don’t seem to follow a certain pattern. Just depends on the best way to lose the least amount of money.

The blue cross contract technically ends in March 2026.
No one has been given anyone a clear picture of when it officially closes. There is speculation about it closing before end of year with a continuous wind down until then. Just wondered if we might downsize more before then.
