@n9 i was speaking to IT Sr Director , it's not fake, they have the lis , Modem and Program Mgmt will be impacted ... Modem test and Modem software is as good as dead , as most of the work will move to India ...

Way more pay then any person who doesn't do sh-t but lead meetings. Chop the fat and make money. Side note, look how fat the truly worthless managers are.

Yes. There is hiring. But in a lot of wrong places and wrong positions. The hiring and promoting is resulting in an org chart that may not be a complete inverted pyramid, but resembles the Leaning Tower.
