I clicked the goto link at the bottom of the email and it directs to the goto home page. Looks like our new VP does not know how to setup a goto link.

50% is much higher than my function I hear.
We received another email today asking for people to complete the survey, they can tell % responded by employee group and I have not doubt by person. I heard the overall response rate is under 50% thusfar.
I love how we're getting DAILY requests from management and supervision to fill out the survey... Look kids, isn't that the real feedback????? Isn't it staring you in the face????

They can see who submits employee surveys. Don’t let them fool you.
I’m a supervisor and I consistently tell them what they need to but don’t want to hear. Same for voting my RSU shares.
Must be something big & bad coming.
Survey is so they can say "You asked for this"

I don’t blame anyone for being suspicious but it really isn’t being tracked.
All anonymous surveys in our corporation can be tracked to the employee who completed the survey. The survey can be used against you especially if you are not conforming to the "We Are ExxonMobil" culture.
I deleted the email as soon as it arrived. There is no intention to respond to any feedback, any numbers generated from the survey will be massaged to deliver the message upwards that management want to communicate back down.
Ive been pretty negative in those surveys - haven't been pipped. Yet.
We all need to be vocal. Those surveys are a joke. They try to twist it into how its our fault and not management policies and decisions that got us into this mess.

I'm sure they know precisely how individuals respond. There is surveillance for everything else. Who cares? F em and F their mothers as well.
If you don’t believe in your managers doing the right and ethical thing, then why are you still working for them.
