as much as i would like things to change for the better when it comes to being organized no one that works at SF can organize in any way , sept 1st will come and go uneventfully.

Does this include the 900 IT people State Farm sent to HCL 2 years ago during the Biden administration? HCL is currently in the process of letting those workers go after they have completed training their offshore replacements.
The WSJ reports today that all major employers are or planning to cut employees. CEOs of companies with 500 or more employees believe 30%-40% are redundant. Jobless applications jumped last month. Creation of new jobs declined precipitously.

After conducting a three-day hearing on April 8-10, the administrative law judge today found that “the evidence presented in the hearing established a prima facie showing that State Farm is experiencing extraordinary financial distress, coupled with surplus depletion that threatens ongoing business operations.”
