On the list, what does it mean # impacted or # not impacted ??
If there is the #1 on “not impacted”, does that mean they are getting let go, but not immediately? Or they weren’t informed yet? Or they are staying past November?

@m3 You needed to be let go or have someone you know who was provide it to you.
How does anyone get this list
@dh this is correct
@db age discrimination laws require employers undertaking a plan to layoff employees to provide a list of titles and ages and whether they were laid off or not. The person is supposed to have a certain number of weeks to review before they sign away their right to sue for age discrimination.
@OP what LIST are you referring to ??
@a9 so, if they are “not impacted” and have the #1 there, but did not take the rto deal, are they definitely getting let go at the end of year?? It’s very interesting. I recognize a lot of people on this list who are still working and did not take the deal. Have they just not been contacted yet for the past round?
@a3 The separation agreement has an appendix listing all positions within a division, noting the title and age of the person in the position and whether or not they were let go. I found the list on my agreement to be interesting to view.
not impacted means two things. either they opted in the RTO severance or they are still with the company. Impacted are those who company let go. They need to inform this for the WARN purpose.
