Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Some of you need to explore other options

Sounds like some of you need to just leave is you aren't happy working here. Maybe you have overstayed your welcome and need to move on. Great things are happening and exciting changes to build and grow the Allstate brand. But it sounds like some of you just aren't ready, skilled for, or mentally able to take on this exciting journey of change and growth! We need people that are ready, willing, and able to change, adapt, and work harder AND smarter. It sounds like a lot of you just are no longer a willing and/or not mentally and professionally able to contribute and apply yourselves for what is needed. Seems line A LOT of areas need to have full assessment and reviews so we make sure we have the top skilled, top willing, and top motivated employees in EVERY role.

Move on if you cannot board the train for this exciting but hard journey!

I work 12 hrs a day, 5 days a week in claims and you still only gave me a 2% raise and STILL took away event pay. Go fu-k yourself.

We can't work smarter because Kamal and Zulfi won't allow the people in the trenches to make decisions. There's plenty of adapting and changing to do, but we can't because Zufli and Kamal won't allow us to make the changes to do so.

We can only work harder, which isn't difficult because we've gutted 30% of the technical org, but the work load remains constant.
