Hi Everyone just an update to say you were excellent during the recent crowdstrike issue. Customers congratulating your tireless efforts. Linked to that Update on pay - Mary is still working out the formula for the last 5 years on pen and paper so taking some time, she busy servicing her other duties as well.
In the meantime whilst you are struggling as gratitude to you and your families please take this note to the grocery store and tell them its from Raul to put food on your table.

Agree with the guy commenting on HR. They are 100% here to protect DXC, they will fork you over and will not support you. Engage at your own peril.
I've been using my free t-shirt for oil changes since the day I got it. Really would have been better suited for wiping my a-s, though.
D: @1dyb+1u0OyYNF Can’t believe you think HR makes policy in pay increases, we’re birn under a Rock? HR so
purpose is to protect the company from law suits from Employees!
If you have an issue , it should be with the board 1st and the CEO next.
I got an 18% pay rise. I left DXC in March of this year. I now work for another American HQ’d company but this one genuinly looks after people and cares.
I was looking through the pay and service history of my 54 person direct/indirect report team and could see even when things were tough for my new company during covid, nearly everyone had a rise. That has happened year on year.
The difference is this company is well run. DXC has been well run..into the ground.
@lmy+1u0OyYNF Actually- we don't, and rest assured, the same barbs would have been hurled even at a male HR lead if this is how he would have chosen to run the company. It is not about gender.
lmy+1u0OyYNF - deserve what they get if they are not stepping up. Even more so considering the pay they are on and the lack of progress they make! Year after year they still deliver the same bs on pay! 'Thank yous' and those 'amazing' comments and stories don't help with cost of living increases for employees.
@lmy+1u0OyYNF Numerous times I've caught management at DXC making derogatory comments towards employees. It ranged from their professional opinions towards gender or, even more disgusting, something culturally like social caste. It's unnecessary as well as counterproductive, and yet this sh-t happens.
I got free t-shirt from Mike! At his first town hall! But... I had to pay for delivery and customs. T-shirt was sent to me (EMEA) from US, :D This memory will stay with me forever...
Any humour spoiled by the tasteless comment about Mary, just comes across as misogynistic. Don't you get tired of it?
Staff working with BAE got a free t-shirt instead. Apart from the execs bonus that's where all the extra pay rise money is being wasted around here. Oh and hiring in people on market rate to replace everyone who left because they didn't get a rise at all.
