For a company that says it wants to be a software industrial company... not being able to keep the infrastructure functional IS a big deal.
No VPN means no access to HON dashboards, hence, no work gets done
I recall reading the announcement of the new CIO, and the list of initiatives given to her included something like optimizing the footprint of Hon IT. The word "footprint" was definitely in there, and these days that means only one thing.
@lll this is important topic, since HON is a technology company unable of running a simple VPN service. Kudos to their CIO and her incompetent leadership.
