I know ASIC and RMBC. I have heard rumors that CCC licensed and unlicensed are. (Don't know if it's true). Are there are areas? I'm asking because I'm in an affected area and thinking of transferring to a different department

WNS is not the only vendor. Some are going to Concentrix. I am licensed and that's where we've been told we're going.
Yes….. All departments in every region will go to a contractor or Allstate Pune…. This had been the end goal since Tom declared TG…..
FYI. The CCC rumors are not rumors anymore. Licensed reps are being rebadged to a company called WNS; first wave transitioned earlier this month. Unlicensed reps are being offered claims specialist positions and will start transitioning early 2023. Direct sales also just saw layoffs at the market sales leader and above levels and is letting attrition do it's thing on the front line. The only rumors now are around what is going to happen in claims. I would bet by this time next year, Claims will have gotten announcements that it's either outsourced or mostly transitioned to ASPL. Especially Express where licenses are not required to process claims. There's already staff medical doctors on staff in India and licensed auto adjusters handling QFC, tech review, VA and Total Loss from India. Keep an eye on the jobs being posted for India... that is pretty telling. Pay attention to the bits and pieces of the business that get vendored or moved to India over time. Think back on what was handled onshore 2-3 years ago and is now overseas. All of that paints the picture...just got to put the pieces together. That is the multi-year transformation of Allstate. I'd say we're halfway maybe a little further to mission accomplished. If you want to buy yourself time, your best bet is to try to find a position in a new initiative or some kind of vendor support role.
Imaging Solutions went to a vendor.
rmbc is not going to a vendor processing is going to India and not all of it Aspl is not a vendor #facts
