The late Jan/Feb timeframe fits their pattern. Finish reviews get raise/bonus out of the way first.

This company with Sarah the poet in charge and Drew as the henchman is as corrupt as it could come, layoff, pushing out great leaders, twisting the true to investors, running with hr gossip and lies is part of the normal way to operate.
