You still didn't answer the question on specifics. What are you training them to do?

As someone also involved with the training and converting of property claims functions to India I can confirm that India employees will and in some cases do have state approvals and "permits" on par with licences. They will be recognized and permitted by most states to do the work.

And it is not just mine or the OP's jobs they are taking. It is many as this training and on boarding is large scale in regards to property claims adjusting however it will take some time.

How would that be possible?? You have to be licensed as an adjuster in most states. Is India getting licensed?

Your trainees will expect you to be arrogant and mean.
That is the 'USA' way.
They will expect this is the technique they must master and learn from you.
When dealing with USA customers.

Of course, they will already have arrogance and meanness skills.
They only seek to polish them up with your assistance.

I enjoyed training india. But, yes. Probaby means the end of your job.

And we all know how much fun it is to contact a company and end up talking to someone in India.
Allstate customers are in for a real treat.

Lol, just lol, customers are going to LOVE when they have major damage to their home and they get someone in an Indian call center to handle it! Especially when they “called customer” and then set the task out for 7 days when no answer LULZ
