This week we are busy with the real work. Aka downsizing the company and removing roles that are not adding value. Once that priority is done, we are looking at rewarding the hard working girls and guys who are loyal to dxc. So stay tuned.

OK, the raises have been announced!!

DXC is raising the number of people being laid off. And that's it. That's all folks!

You want more money, it's easy. Don't stay at DXC to be taken advantage of until they finally get round to laying you off, just brush up your CV, polish your interview skills, and go and work for a decent company.

"Your people manager should be informing you of status!"

My people manager is in the dark as well.

Inflation June to July is zero percent, so do not expect any hikes.

As for when the company can afford it.

Who is going to pay my bills, groceries, and costs.

Things have gone up more than 10%, how are we going to afford winter?

When is the company turning around?, so far in 5 years no sign of any turnaround seen, so are you supposed to go without a raise for years?

Maybe the execs can give us some from what they have taken as that rule doesn't seem to apply to them.

Absolutely scandalous.

Mr shouty announced last week he will cut another 500M USD in the rest of FY23. No salary increases for anybody. Do not believe the bs they tell you.

The economy has been booming, actually overheating.

All other companies are giving raises.

Mike and co took big raises, so they wouldnt have if they could not afford it.

Deliver what you say you will deliver, that's the motto and promise.

We are in tough times - global recession and we have to take cost out. Not the right time to pester the company on salary rises. You will get your fair share when we turn the corner. Patience

Absolute shocking fambles

Where's the 5 million dollar woman Mary from HR gone.

She's got one job to deliver all year and that's failed.

If you ask your people manager about the raise they say they haven't heard yet.

Can't someone just send a basic email saying what raise you got.

Its not rocket science.

You would think they would communicate?

Why they are delaying the raise?

Mike always says "deliver what we promise", "turn up when you say you will", "reward our people"

If they treat staff and customers like this the end is close.

The raises have already been awarded to the worthy few.

They just happen to be in Mike's gang.

Sorry guys they get market rates every year plus 50%

You get excuses - the rest of the companies in the world can do it - award raises but for us "August no news yet its too difficult to work out the rate." We are using abacus to total the raises.

But don't worry we will let you know longly.

@lap+1i9B6gQj This is correct. It is a standard that was defined by Lawrie since the inception of DXC. Any raise will take months, if not years, to approve.

As i understand it , Mr shouty face (CEO in chairman of the board) must approve each and every salary increase. That is why it has been pushed back till who knows when
