It's an unmitigated dumpster fire. We have executive managers who take no accountability, lousy working conditions are resulting in tons of attrition, morale is at an all-time low... I'm not sure if there's a way for things to get any worse considering how bad they are already. Don't walk, run.

Agreed-the place is falling apart. Totally fixated on metrics, cant get anything done due to the chaotic way work is handled. Borrowing a quote form ancient history, I see no other way to deal with it but to "fiddle" while Lumen goes dim.
