@kx You can think what ever you want. The fact is Dan doesn't have a clear message on what direction we will take and how that will help the company reduce debt and increase value. His only message is AI and more layoffs.
It isn't that he doesn't like you, he just doesn't care for our opinions. There is a plan that he is purposely not sharing with us, so our feedback to him is useless. Welcome to Verizon 4.0 or whatever number it is.

The primary responsibility of any leader is to inspire. There is absolutely nothing inspiring about this guy. He is old and retired. It is easy to fire people. It takes vision and competence to execute and inspire the people who work for you. If you are incompetent, you naturally don't want to listen to feedback.
