Noone really cares if USAA has a (lackluster) internal department im sure OP is probably in AML and has zero work so trying to save their hide by going to another department.

Can you stop asking internal workings of departments on a public site? You don't think it's d-mb to put things like this out there where everyone can see? If you truly work there reach out to someone working in that area.
