Lots of full time employees that are Leads don't know how to code, only thing they know is to take credit from the work the contractors do.

@kr as stated TR is gone / what EVP do you work under that approved this with HR?
@kr Calling bs on this as these types of decisions would have to go through HR and not just the whim of a manager. There are too many legalities at stake.

@kr TR left 2 months ago, and VH is leaving, so you now report under CH’s umbrella. Your current manager doesn’t have authority over DE or CH, so decisions at that level wouldn’t come from them. You do realize that, right?
I work under TR and just got my OK to stay remote for ‘26.

Agree. Some leads lack the experience of even doing system design. If it wasn't for AI, they'd be sc--wed.
