@kof+19ATYWoV - good post; But, Glenn only does that with PEOPLE. Chainsaw Glenn is great at cutting companies to the quick. Kinda' like trimming a dog's toenails.....
The losses will only get worse as are ability to limit severities and service customers it attrited. Looking forward I don't see any upside
I don’t necessarily think he is a bad guy. But he is a complete failure as a corporate leader and he has the track record to prove it. He has single handily gutted this company to a point that in our customers most dire need, we simply do not have the ability to provide the service that so many have spent years paying for. Shame
His mistakes will cost us in both retention as well as millions in overpayments and litigation.
He’d give a dog the last sc-aps off his plate rather than us.

I was of the impression that Glenn was more of the put the dog down/ leave it by the side of the road if it is inconvenient type of guy ... guess I was wrong
All for show. Guy is a scumbag. Just for his own self image and ego. Kind of like when people go to church just to be noticed.
