My boss has been coming into the office, but not enough. We are on a four-days-in-office week. My boss probably works two full in-office days in those four days. My boss has made it very clear to us that we are to badge in four straight days and work a full day each time, and we do that. When will my boss?

@kkt+1rDhjScG, your advice is wrong. If your boss is harassing you or abusing you, you don't just sit around and become his/her victim, you have to fight back to protect yourself.
My boss is in a non hub site so won’t have employees as they will be displaced there but she stated was given approval to keep her job and won’t have to relocate. So in essence she will monitor our building swipes in the hubs while she continues to work from home in a non hub city. I got this straight from her so not a rumor. So unfair.
@ptm+1rDhjScG Yep. Real sadists as managers.
As long as they have power over you, they will never stop. In fact, they love abusing you and want to do more. The only way you can be free from this pain and humiliation is to leave the company.
Some advice. Don’t waste emotional energy worrying about what your boss is or is not doing.
send an email to your bosses boss and cc your boss on it.
@jsz+1rDhjScG, I think you are joking right? Ethics Line does not do anything to protect employees, they only protect the company. Many victims filed complaints to Ethics Line but all of their cases were quickly dismissed or ignored. I've tried Ethics Line myself by reporting inappropriate actions by a Sr. manager and provided many evidence emails. But the Ethics Line guy came back and said it was dismissed simply because the Sr. manager denied. I asked the Ethics guy if he read all the evidences I provided, he said he didn't have the time to read. They simply don't care about the employees, they exist name only.
Managers are expected to stick to the same standards they ask their directs to follow—I I have witnessed leaders strictly adhering to RTO.. would be okay to bring up during your skip
Level. If you do Not have a skip interaction then that maybe what let’s your boss get away with this.
If the discrepancy bothers you enough… #EthicsHotline.
What could possibly go wrong with that? It’s anonymous of course, no reason to doubt that.
You work for the boss, the boss can tells you whatever he/she wants to tell you. As long as they have power over you, they will never stop. In fact, they love abusing you and want to do more. The only way you can be free from this pain and humiliation is to leave the company.
Your boss can do whatever they want. You seem to have your wires crossed.
Why don't you ask him/her?
