@kk I think the only purpose of the employee share scheme (or is that scam) is to use it as a means to say "you did a great job this year, here are some shares (that you don't get for a few more years)" rather than give a proper salary increase.
The shares are a bleeding joke, too. Instead of a salary increase at a promotion, give the employee a stupid number of shares (138, let's say) and tell them that by the time they vest they will be worth more than the raise. But heck, they vest in four years and you only get them if you still work for OT.
They use this employee share plan like this to rip off and underpay people. That's all it is for.
Does anybody actually take part in the employee share scheme and is there any point them offering it anymore.
Got a pants job how about chucking some of your wages into the fire pit to boot.
Me can I burn my money too, PMSL.
@av no PE company will buy us due to the debt
@av Bravo to the ELT for leading us into being irrelevant.
Well, the stock price sank below $20 yesterday for the first time, breaking that key psychological level. From here, downward pressure is likely to intensify, and we’re almost certainly on the radar of private equity firms like Thoma Bravo. Mark my words…
Agreed, the stock is acting strongly and is holding up well
