@kj It’s really hard to make sense out of anything that HCSC does. The company makes no sense whatsoever. I am going remote on 04/27. I don’t understand why I had to go the office since I was not in the same office with my team. I’ll take the win. I’m hoping they lay me off since I don’t have much work anymore. I’m close enough to retire so I really don’t care what they do!
How does it even make sense to have the product managers, delivery leads and people managers in office when the teams are remote.
To folks who got remote and are being modest saying- ' We wish we at least had 2 days in office'. Stop doing that. Everyone knows people who got remote are lucky since they save on gas, time and life. On the other hand - People who are still forced to be in office have no relief whatsoever. How is it even fair?
