Yes, protecting the environment is justification for EM to keep ENL.
I have driven through Rosneft production fields and seen horrifying practices and crude flowing on the ground. Where too much crude flowing on the ground, they just set it on fire with amazing amounts of black smoke puddle fires visible for 100km.
EM should hold onto ENL if at all possible until this crisis is resolved.
