Noticed there are a lot of jobs posted. Interested in hearing about the culture, etc.

Having worked for Verizon is now a prerequisite for working within TFB.
It’s a sh-t show theres no vision! They let go people who actually know how to do their jobs.
T-Mobile has been wanting to improve their share of the B2B market since 2017. They haven't moved the needle. That alone should tell you what you need to know if making a decision about a job in T-Mobile's TFB (B2B) team.

Callie must read this board
Callie is an awful leader and it flows down from there
It’s horrible, agree with everything said above. You won’t receive commission if you don’t hit a certain % of both revenue and net adds. They system to place orders and appropriately apply promos is backwards, has been. Chargebacks are crazy, you will end up owing money. Accounts will get transferred and you’re assigned only a handful of zip codes to sell into. Also, many of the products you don’t get compensated for. You’ll end up being in business customer care as they just let go a large part of that organization. There’s a reason there’s a lot of openings. You’ll be let go after not hitting almost unattainable sales goals month over months.
Are metrics reasonable/attainable?
Churn and burn.
Don’t hit metrics, you worked for free.
Cold calling and door knocking.
Land a good account, they will turn it over to a more seasoned person to close it.
Already hiring for positions they eliminated?
