@qt eh I think Dimitri leaving is what ki-led Luxoft. Sorta rudderless ever since.

@dx

“retiring to spend more time with his family…” Is that the best Raul could come up with :)

The most hilarious part being that he was WFH.

Shame he damaged luxoft... One of the few decent bits of DXC.

(no I'm not luxoft myself)

Howie already drove materially bad negative growth the entire time he led us. Worst integration of businesses by hin with no vision or growth strategy. He destroyed all the parts of CES that grew for dxc over the prior years. Last quarter he drove -3.9% growth and that amount benefitted from 2.2% of currency exchange. the last couple of years that had growth lowered because of currency exchange. Without the currency exchange benefit he really drove -5.1% growth last quarter. He almost grew as negative as GIS!

@kc well Howie and his useless bunch of IBMers have all but destroyed growth in large chunks of GBS/CES especially Luxoft, with management and top engineering talent flooding out the door. Deals that have any financial innovationare being 'no bid' by DXC's CFO. Yes its a safe bet Q1 numbers will be awful and show no growth.

So it's safe to assume that the GBS business is going to start posting big declines right? That must be why he was fired.

Howie - wheres our $100 stock price? You and the team you brought with you drove the stock price almost in half since you joined with your negative growth.

@dz in other words you're saying that he was fired. Wasn't there a thread here a few months ago about Pat and HBO getting in a fight?

Raul now has someone else to blame for his own flawed and pathetic performance. He should get the award for worst CEO ever. Anyone with anything has left this place.

I was told they are picking the next leader between a hockey player or basketball player from the Washington teams or a person from one of Raul's $100 million or less revenue companies he invested in. That playbook has driven a ton or growth for DXC over the last year and a half so why change.

The leaders he brought with him were behind the scenes making the recommendations that have destroyed our business. Goonville relied on them for recommendations so he could then go be a dictator because he did not lead us - he yelled and threatened us to fire people and he wanted anyone questioning his dictatorship to leave dxc. Our current ceo and cfo caused this to be able to happen - they backed Goonville. Most of the c suite hires (cmo, cao, cio, etc) were also his idea. They need to also be fired to go with goonville.

Yes H Bovrill is out, no strategy, no growth, hopeless leadership style, surrounded by people who wont challenge him, lots of HR cases. He is 0 for 3 in his most recent 3 jobs.
