@kb they're absolutely going to make hourly tracking retroactive. Anyone that doesn't think so is absolutely delusional. People still only going in for a couple hours at a time are going to find themselves axed.

@kb the data is accurate according to everyone here so nothing stopping them now

They've already shown that they're not afraid of making new rules apply retroactively (from 11 days to 60% in-office), I would NOT be surprised if they also make 8+ hours retroactive (from whatever metric they use currently)

@fb 100% agree, but begs the question what's the difference between 4 hours on site and 4 remote, versus 8 on site when none of your colleagues are at the same hub. As we know, it's not about productivity like they want us to think.

Just an FYI: They're tracking hours spent on site. They're just not reporting it... yet. If the pivot in April taught us anything, it's that they're keeping us guessing until the goalpost gets moved again. Recommendation (and I hate saying this) : Try and make the 8 in office, cause if you don't, it could be used against you later...

I am a Mac user and mine was correct going back to the beginning of the year. That feels like a bit of progress.

@e7 do you REALLY think if people had accessible options for career movement they'd be sticking around for this? I assure you we would not be.

Right now everyone is playing along because the job market is a DUMPSTER. It's very very hard to find work. As soon as the macroeconomic environment shifts, fu-k this place. They can micromanage their people in the GCCs

People on here are compliant participate in mass brainwashing. That’s how they ensure you’re obedient little monkeys. Now jump higher.

I hit 61% and was in for at least 8 to 10 hours each day except for one day where it was 7 hours. I stayed late the other days because I have a lot of projects and didn't feel like stopping and restarting at home. Trust me I hate going in. All but one colleague in my department is local. The rest are spread out across multiple states. I saw someone mention that they didn't get credit for 4 hour days so guessing it's 6 if I received credit for the 7 hour day? I know they don't want to tell us what the minimum is and even then I would not trust them. My boss said she was below 60% the first quarter and said it was go forward (April and on) for us. She said just to make sure I meet the goal from here on out.

@ab haha, doesn't make sense. So how are they working ?

I know some of them achieved 100% compliance, but it's only because they left their laptops at the office for 14 days, visiting only briefly on (checkin) Monday - left the laptop and came back on Wednesday or thursday, when they actually came to work only 8 days.

HAHA right after this was posted WD crashed, probably from so many people trying to check their RTO data at the same time. It was down for around 10 minutes.

@a3 They counted for now. But later this year they will likely re-calculate all the months using an undisclosed minimum number of hours in office in order for it to "count". Will that number by 4? 6? 8? Nobody knows.

Woohoo, finally compliant! Hopefully they just ignore the first three months of the year after seeing I’m on the up. Doing most days in-office this month.

Was 62% previously for March; showing March now as 0%; Compliant for April for now. Received badge in February and also showing 0%. This place is a joke.
