Are we serious with this non sense ? They don’t even come to the office , last meeting I was in with them they were in their PJs with a mess in the back ground … another one of aces excellent hires from the dregs of dead companies and terrible cultures .

OP is part of the problem by using "they."
@k8 1000% , my team was in the lab day in and day out even during “Covid” times , these people offer nothing
I ALWAYS find it interesting and insulting for HR or other leaders to talk about the value of in-office work, all while sitting in the comfort of their own home sweet home.
I think it takes talent to talk without saying anything. That's VP-quality skill.
