I still see people that have been around long enough to know better making themselves available to the company for 24/7 work 80 hours a week. Have you not realized you will not be rewarded extra at all for this? I just have to shake my head. I've watched people like this work until they are disabled or pass away early more times then I can count. And once they are gone, everybody forgets and carries on at work like they never existed. And the same will happen to all you dedicated over workers! Please spend more time with your family and stop the madness!
This company is basically perfect for the quiet quitter. As long as you don't plan to work really hard to get products designed and shipped and expect any sort of big reward you will get by in life. Not must more than that though.
I don't know, but all the links on the YouDecide "benefit" employee discount site are now blocked by IT on the work computer. LMAO. Bonus? Set your expectations really low. It'll be hyped up to death and then come late October you will be expected to be thrilled with $4000 after taxes for 4 years worth of busting your ba--s.
