Even if they replaced all the executives, the damage is already done. The culture and processes are broken beyond repair. There’s just no turning this around.

Get rid of the dead weight in IT and hire people who know what they are doing
All the Pulse Point Culture Councils will fix this! We need more Culture Council meetings with local leaders because they need to fill their days with important-sounding events. Don't forget to provide ice cream and stress ba--s after the meetings.
Agreed. Our cloud set up is a joke and not stable. Nobody seems to be steering the ship and it's running aground.
