It blows my mind how could a low talent, obnoxious technical writer like Karen Kui was hired as a program manager and promoted to a PMO leader? Two low talent, low IQ VP's sponsored this low talent incompetent technical writer to be promoted. That is why SBG is a joke and will not survive.

SBG has the most incompetent low IQ charlatan management from SS down to the leaders level. Many talented engineers could not take it and left. SBG is a joke!

Austin office is just a collection of people working remote, been that way for years.

Calgary office is now in the same boat. It was once a "team", now they are just scattered to the winds, getting pulled into random parts of SBG.

Only one team is growing as a TEAM....Bangalore

Jeetu again gone to India, and those 2 new offices in Mumbai and Pune coming soon. I think all US SBG offices are in big danger. All new FTD dev work in India now. FMC is also fading out. Forinet and Zscaler offers great solutions nowadays

SBG is unfixable. This reorg creates motion but no progress. Just chair-shuffling.

Teams will be able to avoid real work for six months as their progress reports just highlight the difficulties in navigating their new org charts.

When the dust settles, SBG will be mostly a professional services org with a plurality of staff in Bangalore. I actually read one of the reorg emails for my part of the org...every new leader named was Indian.

People celebrate minor moves like turfing that mo--n SS. Whoopee, fixes nothing.

Yup. Massive reorg and looks like it impacted some execs. Q3 and Q4, brace for impact on some teams in SBG.
