@jy All of that was preparation for all IT work to be handled by LCC personnel. US IT market is challenged across the board with its outsourcing and it's worse in automotive sector.
If you look at Enterprise Technology, it seems like reverse discrimination as there are so many LL4-LL6 Indian People Leaders. They are obviously promoting one another.

Ford is hiring a high % of H1-B and TN visa holders. They made sure to hide them from Trump during his visit.
Zero qualified Americans evidently.
