Cameron Faart has setup an urgent Town Hall to actually talk growth. There will be no growth till the employees give a sh-t and we won’t give a sh-t till we get 6%+ merit pay increase this year and the next
Don’t get excited the buyout won’t happen till the stock is below $10
Their is July st no need for all these leaders who are paid in the millions.
You need a few quality, not many who are useless.
This is the problem with DXC, if I was CEO I would be easily able to sort out this company, and it wouldn't take 8 years.
Raul you need to get your act together and stop running your other business in DXC time.

It's simple... Drumgool is head of GIS and Art is a regional leader.
The former provides the actual IT service, the latter is mainly responsible for not delivering enough revenue on their turf
@jxt+1t04XdOU This is something that's actually been confusing to me as some one outside the company. Does Cameron Art run GBS and GIS for north America? If so then how is he a subordinate to Drumgoole when he only runs GIS globally? Or are they in two seperate orgs? Would appreciate if someone leaves the org chart lol
This is the problem with DXC, there's so many layers and they are so wide they keep adding.
The Drummer is not capable his proved over 5 years, Raul brings in some new boys and he needs the old go.
Cameron and Dave K can easily handle their roles and head GIS integrated, DXC needs good leaders not old failures and many of them, Streamline now to survive!!!?
you guys don't know the org model. Cameron runs the Americas market. Drumgoole runs GIS globally. two completely different roles.

Sorry but there is not as much good news as you think there is. The Cameron town hall has been scheduled for a while. Drumgoole still very much in charge of things in C&I. Offerings are the main way we run DXC... at least for now until the acquisition is completed.
