Every position feasible has been filled with a DEI awardee who will negatively influence the employee base for the next 20 years, if not longer. AT&T wants the FCC to believe they've changed their stripes. No harm, no foul. Loyalty aside, you’re still rooting against the company that employs you and I assume good friends/co-workers. If T does better then the sh1t will ease up.

Finally a good decision from Stank and crew. Too bad it took this long.
AT&T deserves no loyalty the way it treats it's employees.
Fot years, I was a proud T employee. Happily treated customers and gave glowing reviews of the company, even after a couple surplusses and layoffs.
The company ultimately lost my loyalty when they threatened to fire me three times over the experimental Covid jab.
DEI does need to go, though. It is institutional racism in the corporate world. Root out this unnecessary evil.

Hopefully The Trump administration will deny their request to buy spectrum since they are purposely forcing retirements and terminations, while offshoring American jobs.
In that case you need to get if the SLT as they are way below standard
