Hopefully everyone he brought in takes the hint and leaves. Michael made a bad mistake on replacing him with the current interim. She’s d-mber than dirt and doesn’t know a damn thing.

Wow just saw this and couldn’t agree more! That guy was nothing but a loud talker. Built a real clique of yes people and was good at being “cool” and managing up. Always took credit, never recognized others outside his clique. Good riddance and I’m sure he and LS will do “great things” at Ally like they did at USAA! Satisfaction scores su-k, digital design is subpar, features are lacking and customers are leaving the “leading digital bank”. Thanks for nothing! Saddest part is that I don’t know if the next person will be any better!

Speaking from experience, my entire team was laid off a month after he came in. That’s not including the 2 ED’s he demoted and eventually fired.

@hn Your response is trash. He didn't clean house for anything. People can hire consultants to clean house. He brought no value, nothing new, and talked a big game. Took way more money than anyone should have paid him and left.

Cost cutting measure according to MM. to be honest, it makes no sense to keep strategy people when there’s zero chance of creating strategic product offering due to a recent consent order.
