How does Accenture have 350 people and unable to deliver Project Keystone? Why isnt anyone getting penalized for this sh*tshow? Who is the sponsor for Accenture?

It's like we have been taken over by malicious parasites who are now making it their #1 priority to drain the soul out of this place. @OP SM has to hire consultants to run her HC function as she is too busy running around the world vacationing all the time. Would love to see her personal badge swipe report. PP won’t take her out because she is bubbly and tells her what she wants to hear even though they can’t put her in front of any groups to discuss RTO or anything else. she just implodes when she opens her mouth.
@jp lol! Im at the point now where I want GPs to have a meeting with "The Bobs" from Office Space. "What would ya say, you do here??"...80% of them are useless along with directors (I thought casacade 1 was supposed to flatten the pyramid??) 90% of that level of leadership could walk out the door tomorrow and the company would not only NOT notice, it would function more efficiently. They get paid to do nothing meaningful, and wreck anything they touch. Zero accountability and fit every negative corporate sterotype.
The funny part is our CFO once had a policy that we needed to stop using consultants because GPs should be doing their job. He actually had to approve all consulting contracts. He gave up his stance in fears of not being a PP follower. Now we have GPs signing contracts with firms so they have a scapegoat when the results aren’t achieved.
Where’s the accountability on stable systems, contracts with key vendors (ie, Broadridge), or deliverables that meet business segments needs?
I love it when one of the ELT flunkies show up in these chats and down vote everything. You people should hang your head in shame. Only at EDJ in 2026 can someone like SM, PP, KJ, DC, etc get away with this much failure and not be held accountable. Unreal.
Yes, it’s pretty bad. But Suzan McDaniels will never take responsibility. None of them will. They’ll just keep paying the outrageous consulting fees to Accenture and torturing the EJ associates and leaders who have to deal with them. HCM is delayed 6 months AND there is potential risk for our payroll systems since HCM is supposed to replace peoplesoft. What a mess.

I work on this project and I’ve been saying this since I started on it. It’s a sh!tshow. Accenture is HORRIBLE. I believe the sponsor is Finance. I’ve spoke up numerous times about how it’s being ran, frustrations and lack of accountability on Accenture side. I’m basically shut down and not heard. I’m just glad it’s all on Ai companion cause it shows where I spoke up so I can say “told you so” later.

What is project Keystone? More outsourcing cr-p, or another waste of money where we pay outside consultants millions to tell us: "Automate your systems and offshore everything else to india."
