I’m a white engineer and i DESERVE to be promoted because… well because im white and i watch a lot of sports.
@jp yeah, of course they were...when all of GT "leadership" has an accent and is brown....of course they are going to only promote other cow worshippers.
in GT, 14/16 people promoted were of indian descent. lmao.
It was over the moment we figured out how impossible they made the metrics, so only their friends and fellow h1bs could get promoted. Slow take over from a 3rd world sh-t hole.

The group I am in did a bunch of in role promotions this week.
All you have to do is be not white and pleasure your SLT and you will be good to go.
This is called Performative HR policy. It looks like something is being done to help your career. Best advice is to do enough to collect the paycheck and be ready for the next layoff.
That’s funny stuff! Actually in role promotions only happen for those that are having inappropriate relationships with their boss. Just sayin. Gone are the days when you actually have to be a good leader to get promoted - aka you had to earn it. Haha!
