With effort to be precise and succinct, if you are in the United States, you are now on limited time. The entire goal of Global 2025 is to eliminate cost through Reduction in Force (RIF) events. Each portion of the org has lofty targets in 2026 they must meet. In closing, we all should begin our search casually in nature. Global 2025 will be the unfortunate demise for many of us within the United States. Remain diligent and aware.

Not surprised that AI will be impacting layoffs. That seems to be happening everywhere. But you do have to remember Ryan Loy former McKenzie employee and now CIO had his contest regarding AI. Unfortunately, they will use the brilliant ideas for AI that employees provided and perhaps even won the contest for against them. OK great idea you won the contest. Now you’re RIFed. Obviously they can’t keep all the employees that are coming from world pay so something will have to give.
