SH is actually going to waste 75 million because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and will probably make it worse. I guess it means more riffs for us.

Anyone catch SH saying he is making a $75m capital investment in provider data modernization this year. The money has to come from someplace.
@ep+1jshsvs24...This is not the BCBS company that many of us worked for previously. EH functions more like Amerigroup and that company was acquired for a reason!

They want the providers to be self service so they can riff more staff. Not to handle complex issues. Gotta get the operating revenue up to please greedy shareholders.

A lot of tooting their horns about how great they are but not addressing the elephant in the room. The massive riffs, rebadging and sh---y AIP, etc. Just a bunch of corporate speak but how are they being held accountable for the last 2 years of failure? I’m sure they all got good bonuses and they seem to be adding more useless VPs.
