Every single person working here should start looking for a way out right now. There's no point in waiting anymore. This company is only going to keep shrinking its workforce until it’s just a shell that can’t function anymore. If you’re smart, you’ll be long gone before that reality hits.

Puerto Rico is a Territory of the US. They speak a different language but none the less they are a Territory of the US.
I saw a special on television in which a company in India were given our jobs. They interviewed several people in India and the common concensus is that Americans are not smart enough to do the jobs and so they are given to India because they are smarter and can do our jobs better!!! This was absolutely heart sickening to actually see this and hear these sentiments expressed.
Pierto Rico is the UNITED STATES. They are US citizens.
Offshore did not take our jobs....we handed our jobs to them on a crystal platter. then trained them on our jobs and to this day we continue to support them. This is not anything they did....it is corporate greed!! I blame corporate greed!!!!

I don't want out....but if I am ousted I want the pay that goes along with it.
Yeah, but I want that Supp pay. If I’m going to look for a job I would rather Hellevance pay me to do it while on an extended vaca.
Actually, it’s smarter for me to hang out and wait for the hammer to fall. Six months of sup pay it’s just what I need so I can get my own business going. One size does not fit all.
