AEOI/EOI negotiations

Is there an opportunity for negotiations with AEOI/EOI? Or is you get what you get and you just walk happy you got anything at all?

@jh You are not allowed to come back in any capacity if they find that you have slipped through like a contracting agency or something they will sue you for the severance they paid you

Different question....if you sign the severance agreement (Not EOI/AEOI), you are not allowed to come back as a contractor or consultant for one calendar year correct?

There’s no room for negotiation — just be grateful you’re leaving. It used to be a decent place to work (though it never made Forbes’ Top 100), but now it’s become one of the worst environment to work. Just horrendous!!! Run !!!!

You get what you get.

It’s all on awful process either way.

I hate this place and I’m pleased to be out.
