This place has fallen into the pits of he-l.
If XOM manages to concoct a legal loophole for the NJ Warn Act us employees should find a law firm to file a class action.
Based on the "8.5 onsite, every day", I suspect jf+1jg works in the lab. Some of the lab groups, like the analytical folks, have lost a lot of people. Some technicians now take on roles once done by 4-5.
So, though some areas are quiet, I can see where they're coming from.
@jf+1jgw4s0zx if you are "drowning" in work at Clinton, right now, in this very situation, I am sorry, but you are seriously playing the game the wrong way. 🤣
We will be turning out the lights in Clinton. The "party" is over.
@j6+1jgw4s0zx, doesn't work that way for all of us here in Clinton. Gotta' put in my 8.5 onsite, every day. Some times have been slower than usual, but other times I'm still drowning in work.
I’m having a great time. I showed up late today. Gonna leave early. Hit the fitness center for ATLEAST an hour. Kick my feet up and each lunch after that for probably another hour. Get some steps in. All while getting paid very well. These next 3 years are going to be the best of my career!
Really. Pulse check. Go away.
The pulse is weak and thready..some one grab the defibrillator
Tough getting through the week here😥, remember Management is patient,@ad+1
Wonder if ExxonMobil will have to trigger the NJ WARN act (6 months pay if they "fire" more than 50 employees in 90 day window). Key is to not "quit" but wait for them to fire you.
Not your business.
