I am level III and I got a retention, also six figures. People who say it was only AVPs and higher obviously didn't get one....
Thanks for pointing the pension out. Going to look into it for factuality. It will be a good topic to bring up on the next virtual HR Round Table meeting. Sounds excessive and if so it could be something that needs adjusting to meet today’s employment environment.

yes - the advantages of MR75 will be gone in 2022! The only remain benefits will be pots line discount. It seems that non bellsouth pensions have years of service triggers.
For the 70th time, legacy Ameritech does have MR75 in terms of lump sum payout.
My pension DOUBLES when I hit MR75. It is an actual milestone for some.
AVP's and Directors are GM's and did not get the retention payout. Only VP's and SVP received it.
