I can think of a particular GCC Chennai manager that should go. He is incompetent, created an incompetent team, coasts on his job, etc. I have to work daily with him and can't get anything done.

@10f Managers provided the list of their team members. They get kickbacks in doing so in the form of promotions, stocks and bonus.

I believe all Managers will surely know who is impacted but as per policy they’re not supposed to reveal the names.

They’ll wait until a Thursday or Friday to have the meetings with those being laid off. Not all managers know who on their teams are getting the Venkat Chris treatment.

@r4 It won't touch 100$ again until you eliminate Chris and his sidekicks. You need new leadership and focus. Not one who this year went to NYC to ring the bell and failed.

@je That stock was over 100$ back in 2022. Cartwright should of been fired in 2023 not those IT folks who actually cared about the job and its customers, clients and people. Cartwright turned that company into trash you will never trade over 100$ again and if it does sell. Look at the trend since 2022.

Its going to be on the 11th of November. Your manager or manager's manager had a huge say on who gets laid off. So, when they come to talk to you or console you, give them a big finger and go your merry way.

@a2 may be across US and GCC. This time may be more impact on GCC. Managers should be lobbying heavily to retain their favored ones
