@j8 You remain a MDT employee for 2 months. You get paid just like before, with your benefits.

for the 60 days, you get paid every two weeks. at the end of that, you'll get a lump sum payment

@OP because the RIF is in MAY, 60 days paid, full MIP, 2 weeks for every year of service, next years MIP that equals the 60 days of the last fiscal year.

2 weeks x years, 2 months garden leave, 100% bonus and paid pto earned, plus 2 months benefits, what my friends impacted told me.
