They are hiring left and right before first healing the wounds of inflation and massive loss of spending power of current employees. How does that make you all feel about the healing process when your trying to pay for food, insurance, taxes etc?

Healing? Journey? Seriously that woman is the biggest joke. Team of yes men from her former life. What good has that team done for any of us. Absolutely no value add while she brings on her buddies. This company is one big shady factory.

New kids trained on what? A couple of projects? That is all that is left! A couple of freaking projects. No roadmap. Stay away from this company! Really.

Just means that they expect some people to leave for greener pastures, so get the new kids in place and trained before that happens.
