What is happening in L.A. will inevitably spread throughout sanctuary cities throughout the U.S. . The will obviously put RTO employees at unnecessary risk. What is USB’s plans to keep these employees safe? The M.C. members need to come out from the shadows and say what the plan is. My company is further along in the Great RTO War and let me tell you from experience, whether you lick the boots or not, they want you gone. That's all they care about. That's the entire purpose of RTO, to motivate some % of employees to resign. When that doesn't work, further torment will be applied. The idea that RTO compliance protects you from anything is laughable. The fact that you sit in a building is nothing more than additional justification for downsizing you, based on the high cost of employing you in said building.
