are not me (in the archive link attached here) but some psycho who is retaliating against me for whenever I defend myself or speak up. They make fun of the fact I got human trafficked here and save my defenses or reactions for later to then spam post irrationally and sporadically to torment and troll. I literally saw this spam go up in the morning and just decided to archive and not check this site until night-time (right now). Their goal is to get people desensitized and make a sort of mockery of everything that happened, still happens as result of defending myself and sharing the truth. I wish it would stop. I know if I pretend the abuse didn't happen, they'd stop doing this. It's ironic how the mods deleted everything except for the rebuttal to @j3's comment which was this:

I tried to leave when in the position to then they made false promises leading me on and trapped me having to defend my professional integrity because they retaliated against me by blatantly falsifying documents to which i contested by dropping evidence against them internally. That was followed up with a cover-up and subsequent blackmail while they offered to let me out of a nightmare situation if I just accepted career defamation that extended beyond the walls of my employment here since I was active in the entrepreneurial ecosystem that Ford larps around aspiring to be with their large sums of money funding buildings I frequented. Which is ironic because they used this opportunity to covertly lift my intellectual property and other contributions. I was human trafficked under DHS guidelines of forced labor. Leaving is a choice that was taken from me which I had originally exercised.

another thing is @m4 in the archive was a copy paste they used of me freaking out a couple months ago when this same person was retaliating and tormenting me and i was frantically under pressure trying to get it to stop and get help because well, i spoke up and you all see what happens/happened/is-happening as result of that. But its like they take it as a trophy or a sort of reminder and brag about how they got me to feel so scared and helpless in those moments. The trauma from not being protected in michigan, even now, has been insane. It is a realization that this can happen to you, and nobody with the means or power will stop them. They already stripped my dignity while I was at ford, stealing everything and slapping their name on it... i can rationalize the mind of the person who is trying to make me look irrational or sporadic or even like the monster they tried to make me look like at ford for defending myself when they metaphorically were well hitting me with false reports everytime i would speak up about wrong doing (like making stuff up to lift my intellectual property, forging dates and everything).
I was just thinking, wouldn’t it be great if we could all just be ourselves again, even if it’s just kind to each other? I’m really sorry, and to be honest, the idea doesn’t creep me out, but you knew that. This place really took a toll on me, more than I imagined, I think you’re all feeling the same; and while I’m still trying to figure it all out, I’ve started to move on. I truly believe that none of it was meant to be hurtful. If it was, nice job Frau. Regardless, it’s important to me to know that you’re okay.
I've worked at Ford for nearly five years and feel my skills have declined. I've been working on rebuilding my skills and have an interview outside of the company next week for a remote position! So excited and fingers crossed.
This is funny. Such a drama queen about a job you freely took of your own choice. Are you going to list on there that "I hit myself in the head with a hammer"? Because you have about as much control over doing that as you do accepting a job anywhere. You go queen...yaaaass queen...

One could say I "blocked" my blessings. Another would say I dodged a bunch of bullets. And you would say something to make yourself feel better. But my dear reader, I would say I am grateful that I'm not you and even more grateful I am not at Ford, despite many haters wishing and hoping to drag me into nonsense because I told the truth, which affected them substantially, as you can read on here.

@ea I think it may also be a couple crazy ex in the mix. That is always hard to pinpoint. I recommend collecting a few crazies, simply platonic, to mitigate this issue. They carry detective skills that you will never have. When one crazy is after you, just call in your army of platonic crazies on them. It is quite effective

Whoever checks this site, they know their turn is coming. Why would you be here if you feel so secure in your company? Unless you are LL 4 .. pr--k to check if the people she/he laid do not disclosure their wrongdoing and talk bed about them. This site is informational.Are pay offs coming ? F..CK yes ! Ford has been laying off consistently and teamed with others. So why rejection , if you know that Ford is never secure. You know and thousands of others know.
@dq Bingo and they want to destroy mine for telling the truth. It is literally an every day character as----------n, they make lies up and try to keep themes consistently going in hopes of making it stick or trend on for other disgruntled candidates that will help their insecure selves do their bidding. It is so annoying, it necessitates me having to then come on here and defend myself where they eventually derail and crash out because how could i possibly be defending myself, right? they hope to make it drastic enough that mods delete it and repeat. it's pretty much never-ending and they have no life so they want to destroy mine and make it so i have to waste my own clearing things up. if i was a ceo at the level of elon musk or something, it wouldnt matter but i'm young and just starting out. its madness, all i personally did was tell the truth which they didn't like because it exposed them for their wrongdoing. They can't leave it alone. If I try to move on, they try to rope me back in. It is honestly the most loser sh-t I have seen and ford being my first company out of university, I will say many of you are fu--ing pathetic losers lmaooo. so miserable. thank god im not there anymore but wow, i must've made an imprint while i was there.

I think its been said many times, keep up on your core skills, and dive into AI in how it can help you in your skill sets. I'm an engineer. EE/SW/ME. I've been using AI for over a year on my own time, learning how it can help me in my current job, or a future job. I'm 61, so planning on retiring in 4 years. Even after I retire, I'm keeping up on the technology, learning new skills, and being involved.
Yes I've been laid off, 4 times in my career of working at 5 companies. I only left one by my own choice. Others due to shutting down the location. So I do understand that gut punch. The last time, the company shut down our office, but I walked away with 100K in cash due to severance and stock. I paid off all my debts with it, and had left over to invest. I'm thrifty, living below my means. Everyone should.
Why are employees trying to sabotage and take advantage of other employees at Ford?

If you are a good engineer, don’t worry, someone is always hiring good people.
Whatever happens never attach yourself to any company. It is you who will make the future for yourself, not stinky Ford , not their downward "punks" with dysfunctional go.on MBA badges ,not the economy and your president. Always educate yourself and look for better opportunities and better life for yourself and your family. The rest is noise and life sh.t holes on your way. Let them come and go , disapear and go bankrupt. No attachement.
Advise on experience, always improve yourself outside your work, Its not about companies, they lay off and go bankrupt, its about you to make yourself better.

I worked at Ford for 3 years, I now I have lost my technical skills. I can only do Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. No company will need me on their team and I have not been able to find another job. Help.
Does matter or good bad, don’t worry , there is always work. Stay happy and look for better future if you are laid off. World is big and there more companies
You will be fine if you are a good engineer. What can happen is that you might end up from High Risk to another High Risk ( start up). Some people found a job at another Risk#2 and still looking because they know that the end is coming again. Some companies no profits and run out of investments. Changing the industry can help to avoid this situation in some way.But they can't fill everyone. I believe that this is just the beginning. Real lay offs haven't started yet. What is real ? 10-20k per day ..... 50-70k + from 1 company.
